Octyl Beads 4FF is a well-established aliphatic hydrophobic interaction medium used in Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC), as a high throughput technique for purification of biological macromolecules. Octyl Beads 4FF is composed of the coupling of Octyl group to the highly cross-linked 4% agarose through ether linkage, optimizing the binding capacity to target proteins.
